Payment Options
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard. Within Europe, we also accept money orders. Cheques are only accepted from the UK (allow for 7 days clearance). Within the UK, we also accept Switch and Solo.
Australia, Canada, United States: We only accept creditcard (and Visa Debit) payments from these countries - please do NOT send money orders.

How we process your order
Except in unusual circumstances, we will send your entire order out in one go. If we do not have an item you want in stock, we will source it as soon as possible. We charge your credit card only when we are ready to send out your order, not before.
Keeping you in touch
You will be informed of the progress of your order by email.
Shipping
Delivery is by post and the cost is shown on your shopping basket details when you make your order.
PO Boxes
We do NOT deliver to PO Box addresses. Sorry.
Returned Goods
If you order the wrong size of garment, we will exchange it, and will charge you only the cost of posting the replacement items out to you.
If you order the wrong garment, we will exchange or refund the garment cost only.
In any case, you bear the cost of returning garments to us, and returned garments must be unused and in the same condition they went out.
International Returns
All goods returned to us from outside the UK must have "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK" marked clearly on the package.
